Your storage water heater is ready to go, with a limited supply of heated water standing by for immediate use. You don’t have to wait long for the water to reach your tap, shower, or laundry, but when that tank is empty, you will have to wait while the tank fills and heats up.

A tankless water heater has an endless supply of water that is heated almost instantaneously, on demand. There is a bit of a lag time between turning the tap on and the hot water reaching the tap but when it does, it won’t run out!

Space Considerations

In most cases, you will gain a significant amount of space when replacing a traditional storage tank style water heater with a tankless model. Tankless Water Heaters are wall-mounted and the size of a medium to large suitcase.
