Water Heater Maintenance

Very little maintenance is required on storage-style water heaters. We advise that homeowners drain and refill their tanks once every couple of years (when it is turned off entirely or on pilot mode). 

Tankless water heater maintenance is needed to maintain parts warranties and is recommended by manufacturers. We clean water and air inlet filters, test valves, check gaskets, remove mineral deposits and provide a vinegar flush to descale the heat exchanger and water lines to keep your unit running smoothly and providing you with clean, hot water!
